Regency Steel Asia Pte Ltd is a majority-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd. It is the result of Mitsui's acquisition of Hong Leong Asia’s Structural Steel Division and subsequent amalgamation with Regency Steel Material Pte Ltd.

Our company was registered with the Registrar of Companies on 29 December 2003 and officially commenced business on 02 January 2004.

Although we are a young company, our team is led by veterans of the steel industry. We aim to establish Regency Steel Asia as the region’s leading steel distributor and service provider to the onshore, oil and gas exploration and marine construction industries.

We will become a steel solutions provider capable of giving our customers more ideal choices of products in the most cost effective manner.
